This. Though I’m not likely to drop a bunch of cash on a pre-built tiny house, this one has a ton of very good ideas that we might draw upon. The stairs in particular are super cool. I also really like the idea of that little storage loft over the front door; super clever use of space. The bathroom is using a composting toilet, and is really put together well.
Theres a little walk-through video that explores it. Really surprising how much useable space they have created in such a tiny (136′ sq!) space. The footprint is 8′ x 17′ in case you’re curious.
